2. View Asset Listings & Bid

Available assets are displayed in an easy-to-read format for quick browsing. Important information such as the physical location, legal description, and current bid are visible in the individual card views. You can also filter the type of assets shown by selecting a category on the left sidebar.

Selecting an individual listing will provide you with additional lot details specific to that asset. Here you can not only view the time remaining on the auction, but also the bid increment, bid history, and even place a bid yourself!

As a potential buyer, it is important for you to perform your own due diligence and feel confident in your bidding actions. We want you to be successful and would be happy to provide any information about the listing to aid in your decision-making process!

3. After The Auction

Shortly after an asset sells, an invoice will be emailed to you. You will have 48 hours to submit full payment and titling information to Mid-Continent Energy Exchange. If you have any questions about the asset you have purchased, please reach out to us before the end of the 48-hour window so that we may help you in a timely manner.

Once we have received your payment, you will electronically approve the conveyance, which is then executed and mailed to the address in your account.

If applicable, you will record conveyances and notify the operator and purchaser.

“Our primary goal is to simplify the buying process and help you achieve a successful transition of assets!”
